Do I need planning permission?
Sometimes, if you are converting your garage you may need planning permission. We will handle this for you.
What is involved in converting a garage?
We would normally recommend having a wooden floor, plastering
the walls and ceiling, creating a door through to your hallway,
creating one or more windows, installing power points and one
or two radiators.
You can either leave your garage door and we can brick up behind
it or we can remove the garage door and create a new brick wall
and install a window.
